Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery costs R100 per order, and is free when your pieces come to R2,500 or more. The cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Pretoria.
The checkout currently accepts South African delivery addresses only. If you are outside South Africa, email hello@trove-studio.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery to you.
Payment
You pay securely through Yoco, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in South African rand. We hold your pieces for you while you pay, for up to one hour, and we dispatch once your payment is confirmed. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to the cost of shipping, duties, and taxes, return costs often exceed the price of the garment.
Archive pieces
Pieces from the Archive are sold at reduced prices. These pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
Email hello@trove-studio.com with your order number and, if you like, the reason. We will send you the return address. You pay for shipping the piece back. Please note that we’ll need to receive the item within 7 days of your return being approved.
Refunds
When we have received and checked the piece, we will let you know. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 7–10 business days and always within 30 days.
